Heidi Delobelle heeft een masterdiploma in Wiskundige Wetenschappen en Actuariële Wetenschappen. Heidi begon haar carrière in 1998 bij AG Insurance, de Belgische dochteronderneming van Ageas, waar ze verschillende functies bekleedde binnen Employee Benefits. In 2012 werd ze benoemd tot Chief Risk Officer van AG. In 2019 werd ze Managing Director van AG's Employee Benefits & Health Care business. Op 22 oktober 2020 werd Heidi Delobelle benoemd tot Chief Executive Officer van AG Insurance. Op 1 maart 2024 trad ze toe tot het Executive Committee van Ageas als Managing Director België, terwijl ze haar rol als CEO bij AG Insurance behield.
